How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ship out packages within 3-5 business days. Due to COVID-19 some of our suppliers are delaying shipments to us so please stay patient as we are working our hardest to get your order out.
Are your products all cruelty-free and vegan?
Is the glitter you use made from plastic?
No! We use biodegradable glitter.
Will your bath fizz stain my tub?
Never! We always test before listing any products on the website. Please use caution stepping into and out of the tub as bath bombs may contain oils that cause slippery conditions.
Do you accept Afterpay?
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on bath and body items. After your order has been shipped, all sales are final. We can ONLY offer refunds on products that arrive damaged, with a provided photo. We cannot enter coupon codes after your order has already been processed. We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.
Can I use a coupon/discount code after I placed my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to add any coupon codes or discount codes after an order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel your order after 24 hours since everything is usually packed within this time.
We offer a flat rate shipping in Australia of $8.95 for all orders under 1kg. If your parcel is above this weight then the shipping cost will be adjusted at checkout. We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post eParcel service. Delivery time is 2-10 business days unless otherwise advised. For international orders please be mindful your package can take up to 30 days to arrive.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone. At The Herbal Child we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by email within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing items will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of The Herbal Child being notified. The Herbal Child does not take responsibility for the handling of your item in transit.
Return & Exchange
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.
